This website is operated by Luke Western, based in the United Kingdom.
All artwork, images, and written content are protected by copyright and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

2. Purchasing Artwork & Prints

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been received. This email does not guarantee acceptance of your order.

I reserve the right to decline or cancel any order if:

• The artwork is no longer available

• There is an error in pricing or product information

• Payment cannot be authorised

• I reasonably believe the order may be fraudulent

If an order is cancelled, any payment taken will be refunded.

3. Prices & Payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£).

Prices may change from time to time, but any changes will not affect orders already placed.

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.
If using a third-party payment provider (e.g., Stripe, PayPal), their terms and conditions also apply.

4. Product Descriptions

I take care to ensure all product descriptions and images are accurate, but colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings and print processes.

For original artworks, sizing and materials are listed honestly and clearly. For prints, slight variations in paper stock or finish can occur depending on print partners.

5. Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on the product:

 

Original Artwork

Originals are usually shipped within a few days.
Tracking information will be provided where possible.

 

Print-on-Demand Prints

Prints are produced to order and may require additional processing time.
Delivery estimates are displayed at checkout.

I am not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, or factors outside my control.

Summary

• Original artwork: returns accepted within 30 days (must be in original condition).

• Commissions: non-refundable and cannot be returned unless damaged

• Print-on-demand prints: no change-of-mind returns; damaged items replaced free of charge.

 

The Returns Policy forms part of these Terms.

 

7. Commissions & Custom Work

 

All commissions require clear written agreement before work begins.

By commissioning artwork, you acknowledge that:

• No returns or refunds are available

• Artistic interpretation is part of the process

• Copyright remains with the artist (unless otherwise agreed)

Commissioned work may include sketches or drafts, but these are not guaranteed unless specified.

 

8. Copyright & Usage Rights

All artwork, prints, logos, photographs, videos, and written content on this site are protected by copyright.

Unless explicitly stated:

• Purchasing artwork does not transfer copyright

• Prints and originals may not be reproduced, scanned, copied, sold, or used commercially

• You may not mint the artwork as NFTs or use it in AI training datasets without permission (for avoidance of doubt)

If you wish to license artwork, please contact me directly.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law:

• I am not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by events outside my reasonable control

• I am not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• My total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the price you paid for the product

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud or for injury caused by negligence.

 

10. Privacy

Your personal information is processed in accordance with my Privacy Policy, which explains how data is collected, used, and protected.

 

11. Changes to These Terms

I may update these Terms from time to time.
The version displayed on the website at the time of your purchase will apply to that purchase.
