At Luke Western Art, I want every customer to feel confident when purchasing original artwork or printed pieces. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please get in touch at luke@lukewesternart.com or 07891 530393 and I will be happy to help.
1. Original Artwork
I accept returns on original artwork within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be:

In its original condition

Returned in the original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging)
Once the artwork is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.
2. Commissions & Custom Work
Commissions and personalised artwork are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
This is because each piece is created specifically to your brief, making it unsuitable for resale.
3. Print-on-Demand Prints
My prints are produced individually to order, which means I cannot accept returns or refunds for prints due to:

Change of mind

Ordering the wrong size

Preferences about colours or paper texture

Damaged or Faulty Prints
If your print arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me within 7 days of receiving it:

What Happens Next

Free Replacement
I will first arrange a free-of-charge replacement. -
Refund (if replacement is not possible)
If a replacement is unavailable, I will issue a refund for the item.
Postage costs are non-refundable, unless required under UK consumer law.

Do Items Need to Be Returned?
In most cases, damaged prints do not need to be returned, unless I specifically request it. If a return is needed for inspection, I will cover the return postage.
4. Reporting Timeframes
For damaged or faulty items, please notify me within 7 days of delivery.
This allows me to resolve the issue quickly and prevents delays in claiming with printers or couriers.
5. Receiving Your Refund
Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
Processing times vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
